# 📚 Totum Assess, Forms & Video Library — User Guide
Welcome. This guide covers three Inovus Medical applications that work with the Totum platform (totum.surgery):

🌐 Public / production URLs have not been confirmed yet and will be added to this guide when they are available.
Totum itself is separate software — the wider training platform where you sign in, belong to organisations, and record activities. These three applications use your Totum account and organisation context; they are not “Totum” as a whole.
This guide is written for people who use these products day to day — surgeons, educators, peer reviewers, and programme administrators. It is not a technical or developer manual.

Assessment work spans these three applications:

In short:
- 📋 Educators define what good looks like in Totum Forms.
- 🎬 Surgeons record activities in Totum, then share and submit work from Totum Video Library.
- ✅ Reviewers score that work in Totum Assess, and results can return to the surgeon in Video Library (and optionally in Assess).

- After the first mention, chapters often use short names (Video Library, Forms, Assess) for readability. They always mean the Totum-branded products above — not the Totum platform itself.

- If a word is unfamiliar (case, seat, GRS, blinding…), check the Glossary.
- UI labels in this guide match what you see on screen (for example My Assignments, Submit for Assessment, Publish).
